Candidates are able to download SSC Stenographer Call Letter 2017 Region Wise with the help of below-given links.Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued the admit card for the computer based test. The SSC Stenographer admit card has been issued online and the candidates can download it from the link provided on this page. The admit card for the computer based test of SSC Stenographer has been made available region wise. Candidates are required to enter their roll no./registered id/name/father’s name and date of birth to download the admit card. The hall ticket of SSC Stenographer is available for online download and the commission will not sent the admit card to any candidate by post or email. Candidates will appear for a written exam scheduled to be held from September 11-14 followed by Skill Test.
The admit card for SSC Stenographer skill test will be issued separately to those candidates who will qualify the computer based test.

 Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold an All India Open Competitive Examination for recruitment to the posts of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and Grade ‘D’. The written test of Stenographer will be conducted on 11 to 14 Sept 2017.

SSC Stenographer Admit Card :
 Admission certificates (ACs) for the examination indicating the time table and also venues of examination will be issued to all applicants about two weeks before the date of examination. If any candidate does not receive admission certificate for the examination one week before the date of examination, he/she must immediately contact the concerned regional/sub regional office of the commission with proof of having submitted his/her application (in case of applications submitted under certificate of posting, the date-stamp of the post-office concerned should be clearly legible). Failure to do so will deprive him/her of any claim for consideration.
Exam Pattern: SSC Stenographer written exam will consist of one objective paper.

► Total time duration of the exam is 2 Hours and 2 hours 40 minutes for visually handicapped candidates.
► Question except in Part-III will be in both English & Hindi Language.
► There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

The revised syllabus for SSC STENOGRAPHER 2017 was released by SSC in its notification. Eligibility Criteria:
•The minimum Educational Qualification required by a candidate is to be at least 12th pass from a recognized Board or University. He/She must be able to produce the required documents when asked for verification after qualifying SSC Stenographer 2017 Exam.
•A candidate must lie in the age domain of 18-27 years to be eligible for SSC Stenographer 2017 exam.


Important Details:

  • Admission Certificates for SSC Stenographer 2017 has been made available for all candidates who have successfully submitted their application. 
  • The Admit Card will not be sent by post.
  •  If a candidate is unable to download their Admit Card for appearing in the examination one week before the date of examination must immediately contact the concerned regional/sub regional office of the Commission with details such as registration ID, Transaction ID of SBI, Copy of challan etc for obtaining the Admit Card.
  •  Candidates should carry at least one original photo ID such as Voter’s ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, ID Cards to the examination centre along with the Admit Card. Candidates without such ID Cards will not be allowed to enter the examination hall/skill test venues.
  • Candidates must carry 3 passport size photographs for affixing it in the Admit Card in the presence of Invigilator. Candidates not carrying photographs will not be allowed to appear in the examination. Candidate are advised to keep 10 copies of the same photograph, which was uploaded/affixed in the application form, with them till the completion of entire examination process.
